Clothing and accessories brand Juicy Couture has announced it is to launch a line of fragrance and personal care products for dogs. The brand, which launched its debut fragrance for humans in partnership with Liz Claiborne earlier this year, will roll out its Juicy Crittoure line in the US in the coming weeks.
The range will carry the tag line, 'Has your dog been sprayed?' and includes a Pawfum fragrance, Shampooch shampoo, Coif Fur Conditioner, Pawlish nail varnish, Pawlish Remover and Doggy House Spray home fragrance.
To reinforce the pet theme, samples of the fragrance will be available on scratch and sniff cards.
“The fragrance industry is a saturated one and you have to think differently in order to succeed. In order to create success you have to look beyond mediocre,” says Marcey Fisher, vp marketing cosmetics, Liz Claiborne. “The pet care industry is huge and offers much potential and we are excited about this new launch.”
