New business will create new market opportunities


US-based contract manufacturing and packaging specialist PrePak Holdings has announced the creation of a new health and beauty division. Celeste Health & Beauty will provide PrePak with a base for innovation, custom equipment design, marketing insight and a greater knowledge of packaging materials and packaging processes, according to the company.

Based in Whippany, New Jersey, the new division will have an additional US manufacturing facility in Easton, Maryland.

“The formation of Celeste Health & Beauty opens up significant new market opportunities and will drive growth to our current manufacturing and packaging subsidiaries,” said Renard Jackson, PrePak ceo.
