Primal Life Organics snapped up as Society Brands' first beauty acquisition

Oral care specialists Primal Life Organics has been acquired by consumer products company Society Brands.

The Ohio-based beauty business, which focuses on natural personal care products, will work with Society Brands to expand its direct-to-consumer operations and retail presence.

The acquisition also marks the brand owner’s first entry into the beauty category, with the business working to support entrepreneurs and brand founders.

Society Brands roster of companies include Capsule Supplies, Barnesmith, Power Theory and kilt manufacturer Damn Near Kilt’ Em.

"They have built an incredible direct-to-consumer business and loyal customer following.”

Primal Life Organics was founded by nurse Trina Felber and her husband, Josh, in 2012.

Its range includes the Coffee Bean Serum, Beyond Face Moisturizer, Banished Blemish Serum and Hydrating Body Butter.

On Instagram, it claims to offer the 'most recognised' natural dental products.
