Personal care giant PZ Cussons has elisted the help of product lifecycle management firm UGS Corp to help shorten its product development process, speeding up the time to market for new products.
Cussons has selected UGS's Teamcenter software, which enables product and technology information to be shared by hundreds of decision makers at multiple locations around the world. Information including product dossiers, patents and customer information can be made readily accessible, allowing companies to standardise NPD practices around the world, according to UGS.
The result, says UGD is a saving of time and resources on a global level.
