Soupletube Group revenue increases by 4.2%
Turnover rises to €57m
Soupletube Group, a European flexible tubes manufacturer, has reported a revenue increase of 4.2% in 2011, up to €57m.
Laminate tubes, plastic tubes and plastic bottles from its Goiffon subsidiary, a high-end plastic bottles producer, all contributed towards the sales growth.
Highlighting the strengths of Soupletube tubing, ceo François Beaugrand said: “Convenient, available in many standard formats, fully customizable – the tube is the ideal packaging for brands wishing to launch new products without heavy industrial expenditure while enhancing their formulas. The product development reactivity and know-how of Goiffon in terms of finishing and artwork are almost unique in the market place.”
This year, the group completed its reorganisation process and now believes it is in a favourable position to pursue sustainable growth. It is also in the process of introducing a new PCR60 plastic tube made with 60% recycled plastics.
