Steiner Leisure Limited, whose portfolio includes the skin care brands Elemis and Bliss has announced a 9.3% decrease in full year sales to $490.6m in 2009 from $540.8m in 2008.


Steiner Leisure Limited, whose portfolio includes the skin care brands Elemis and Bliss has announced a 9.3% decrease in full year sales to $490.6m in 2009 from $540.8m in 2008.

Net income was also down for the year ended 31 December 2009, to $38.0m from $45.9m in 2008.

Fourth quarter results fared slightly better with a 1% increase in revenue, reaching $124.9m from $123.7 on the previous year, although net income for the fourth quarter reached $10.9m, compared to $11.8m for the same quarter in 2008.
