Swedish Industri Kapital exits Oriflame

Private equity group Swedish Industri Kapital has sold the last of its 2,523,121 shares in Oriflame. The group bought a stake in the direct sales company in 1999, holding onto 16% when Oriflame was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 2004.

Buyers included both Swedish and foreign institutional investors.
