Sanjay Vadera, owner of UK retailer The Fragrance Shop, has opened a new concept store in Manchester's Trafford Centre. The Indulge Fragrances store has been designed around the concept of a walk in wardrobe and is said to offer a luxurious environment and a customer oriented layout, with fragrances at the consumer's fingertips. Advisers are on hand, however, for complementary fragrance consultations.
The Indulge Fragrances store will provide a blueprint for further outlets to be opened up in major cities across the UK and will act as a base to trial new services and features based on customer feedback, says the retailer.
“Fragrance shopping is in itself an indulgent experience, hampered on the high street by barriers that make sampling and comparing products difficult. Indulge Fragrances is designed to remove these barriers and enable customers to make a luxury, considered purchase,” said Vadera.
