US reality TV star Kim Kardashian brings her debut fragrance to the UK

Roll-out follows successful US launch in 2010

Kim Kardashian, the US TV personality, has launched her eponymous new fragrance in the UK. The fragrance features top notes of mandarin, honeysuckle and orange blossom that blend to a heart of pink jasmine, tuberose, sensual spices and lush gardenia. The base features tonka bean, jacaranda woo, vanilla orchid, softened by musk and sandalwood.

Kardashian commented at the launch: “When I started developing my fragrance, I really took inspiration from the feminine, pretty things I surround myself with – I thought about what makes me feel confident and special, and translated that into a scent that all women can enjoy.”

Kardashian worked on the fragrance with perfumer Claude Dir of Givaudan and it was launched initially in the US last year.

Available exclusively at Debenhams from 8 June, Kim Kardashian, distributed by SAS&Company Limited, will be available from July at all leading retailers throughout the UK.
