Ingredients specialst Neelikon has launched a new range of colours claimed to offer the user high quality and low impurity.

The new colours are suited for use in the cosmetic, toiletry and personal care industries. The Lavanya range consists of organic dyes & pigments for personal care, toiletries and home care, organic lakes & inorganic pigments for decorative cosmetics, pastes for lipsticks, and pearls for cosmetics and personal care. Neelikon also offers technical support in product formulation.
