Sessions of York has recently launched its newest heat shrink sleeving machine, the Cat Sleeve 500.
This new machine has a sleeve speed application of up to 120ppm and twin 40mm diameter capacity sleeve reel holders designed for easy loading. Its splicing table lessens downtime by offering a quick reel changeover and an optimal accumulator is available for non stop running. The centre mandrill of the Cat Sleeve is adjustable, presenting a range of sleeve sizes, and the displays are digital for easy use. The machine’s control box is boom mounted, making it able to rotate 360 degrees and easy to move from line to line.
The labels created with the Cat Sleeve promise to form to the individual product, securing tamper evidence and allowing for product safety during transfer.
