Only three years after its launch, the 310 Series of pick and place machines is proving a success, says manufacturer Endoline Machinery.
“Customers have been really pleased with the greatly improved speed and efficiency in case packing operations combined with the relatively low capital cost,” explains Endoline md Tony Hacker. “The mix of well proven design and manufacturing techniques together with some innovative features means that the 310 is a very cost effective solution for customers who are looking to improve levels of automation and efficiency. Typically, customers should achieve payback on their investment between 6 and 18 months.”
As with all Endoline machinery, the range is modular so can easily fit in with both new and existing equipment and it is designed to cope with the varying tolerances often found in today’s packaging materials. The rugged and hygienic construction of the Endoline 310 Series is said to make the case packer suitable for many different applications. The compact footprint allows the machine to be installed in packing halls where space is limited and also where existing erecting and sealing equipment is installed. The Endoline 310 Series can be used as a standalone machine or as part of a new or existing case erecting and sealing system.
