New from Allen Coding, part of the global ITW Group, is a continuous version of its low cost 53LTi Thermal Transfer Coder.
According to Allen, the 53LTc provides the advanced features of more expensive thermal transfer units but at a fraction of the price. These include 300dpi print resolution, cassette ribbon loading, 600-metre ribbon capacity, a 53mm wide by 50mm long print area, and a print speed of up to 400mm per second.
The 53LTc comes standard with an operator keypad and Windows-based full-featured label design software. It also saves on space, featuring just two components compared to traditional three-component thermal transfer printers.
