Irish brand recognised at IMAGE Magazine awards

Tanning brand Cocoa Brown, founded by Marissa Carter, has been awarded Start-Up of the Year at IMAGE Magazine's annual Businesswoman of the Year Awards. The award was given to Marissa Carter in recognition of her as an enterprising businesswoman who has established a start-up company since January 2011.

Editor-in-Chief of IMAGE, Melanie Morris, said, “The calibre of this year’s winners, and their drive, determination and business sense in tough times make them inspirational ambassadors for all Irish women.” The ceremony was held at The Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin.
