AAK to focus on next-generation formulations, ethical sourcing and interactive experiences at in-cosmetics global 2026

Visitors are invited to discover how AAK Personal Care is bringing its ‘making better happen in beauty’ mantra to life at in-cosmetics Global in Paris. Alongside sponsorship of the Sustainability Zone Theatre and Forum, AAK will offer a series of hands-on activities on Stand 3M20, including solutions to common formulation challenges, a texture playground, and a beat-the-clock lipid oxidation challenge

In addition to showcasing ethically sourced shea, canola, and coconut portfolios, a virtual reality experience will give attendees a deeper understanding of the challenges and impacts of the Kolo Nafaso FairWild-certified supply chain in West Africa. An on-stand cocktail hour at 17:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday will offer an opportunity to network with the team.

Self-exploratory counter highlights – Stand 3M20

  • Discover inspirational next-generation skin, hair, and sun care formulations featuring award-winning shea and eco-conscious canola-derived emollients. Perfect for visitors seeking ideas for silicone-free, reef-friendly, and clean beauty solutions.
  • Experience first-hand how changing the emollient can dramatically transform a product’s finish and sensory profile, and how to achieve diverse textures with a single INCI.
  • Learn how to manage formulation challenges, such as post-production viscosity changes, unwanted crystallisation, and oxidative deterioration. Each challenge is accompanied by a consumer insight, highlighting actual issues experienced. Visitors can also test their knowledge of lipid oxidation with an ‘against the clock’ multiple choice quiz that challenges them to set the fastest time for all correct answers.
