Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily Amazon orders (FBM & FBA)
- Create shipments, update tracking, and resolve order issues
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with 3PL warehouse
- Ensure compliance with Amazon packaging and delivery standards
- Monitor Amazon account health KPIs and take action where necessary
- Prepare weekly logistics and fulfilment reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience and expertise with Amazon Seller Central
- Basic logistics and fulfilment knowledge
