Avon tackles spider veins with Anew Laser

Avon is addressing the problem of spider veins with its Anew Clinical Laser for Legs. The formula uses antioxidants from extracts of citrus fruit, chamomile, pomegranate and rosemary to soothe and calm and contains SPF 15 to prevent further damage. In clinical trials over eight weeks, 77% of women saw an improvement in skin colour and 100% an improvement in skin dryness.

Also new from the Anew line are Retroactive Youth Extending Cream SPF 25 Day and Cream Night. These creams are claimed to help neutralise damaging chemicals that can age skin over time thanks to the inclusion of marine algae extract. In clinical efficacy trials, 97% of women showed an improvement in skin texture after one week and 80% showed an improvement in fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone after four weeks.
