Biotherm calls men to the spa
L’Oréal-owned skin care brand Biotherm Homme has announced it has partnered with US men’s grooming spa, Grooming Lounge in an agreement which will see its products sold in the company’s barber shops and spas. The partnership marks the first time that Biotherm Homme products have been sold in a boutique retail environment in the US, having previously only been available in selected department stores.
Alongside its products, visitors to Grooming Lounge’s two spas, both in Washington DC, will be offered Biotherm Homme treatments including facials and massages.
Grooming Lounge has also relaunched its website - www.groominglounge.com - which now offers greater on-line product choice as well as grooming advice from the founders, Pirooz Sarshar and Michael Gilman. It is also launching a line of custom-made hair care products this autumn and plans to open a third Grooming Lounge location in Florida in early 2007.
