Boots expands in US territory

UK health and beauty retailer, Boots, has expanded its distribution in the US by bringing its own private label brands to over 1,500 Target stores. On entering the market in 2004, Boots chose to appear in only select Target stores. The move will mean that consumers nationwide will be able to choose from the collection of Boots' private labels including No 7, Botanics, Time Dimensions skin care, Mediterranean bath and body care and the Feel the Difference supplements and vitamins range.

CEO of Boots Retail USA, Martin Waters, said of the move, “Boots prides itself on bringing the very best of beauty and health to our customers in a very straightforward way. We enjoy a tremendous relationship with our customers in the UK and look forward to developing the same with Target customers in the US.”
