Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present supplier panels and award recommendations for NPD
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure the best terms and timelines
- Ensure sourcing decisions meet sustainability, quality and ethical standardsCollaborate with internal teams across the full product development process
- Resolve supply and quality issues quickly and effectively
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain accurate product data and compliance documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in business, procurement, supply chain or a related field
- Solid experience in buying, sourcing or procurement within beauty or personal care
- Strong analytical and structured decision-making skills
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Confident communicator with great stakeholder management skills
