Based in the company’s Amsterdam office, you will be welcomed by a friendly and dedicated Quality team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep knowledge and expertise for your product category. Stay abreast of relevant industry developments and trends
- Own and drive global processes related to your category, providing guidance and enforcing compliance to quality standards
- Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives and project teams to advance the company's quality strategy
- Oversee all aspects of new product development for your category, from defining specifications to approving testing protocols and product trials
- Conduct technical evaluations and analysis for product and packaging designs, identifying risks and quality optimisation opportunities
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and accurate data management for all product information, specifications, and test records
Candidate Requirements:
- Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Significant R&D, Quality Assurance or Technology experience in FMCG
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Full, clean driver’s license
- Strong team playing and communication skills
