Brand to target spas and health resorts

Clarisonic has launched its latest skin care device onto the professional market., targeting spas and health resorts. The Opal has been designed to help boost the skin’s resilience around the eye area, preventing future damage to the skin and is the brand’s second major product launch.

The device works using a sonic infusion technology, similar to that used in the cleansing brush, whish gently ‘taps’ the skin around the eyes at 125 sonic movements per second. This is claimed to infuse any serum used more effectively into the skin than using a finger alone, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and leaving skin looking firmer and more radiant.

The brand has also developed an Anti-Aging Sea Serum to use with the device, which contains glycosaminoglycans, to moisturise and brighten; Kigelia africana fruit extract, to firm and smooth; and Canadian willow herb and oat kernel, to soothe.
