One of Coty’s directors has sold more than $43,000 worth of shares in the company. A US Securities and Exchange Commission filing has revealed that director Erhard Schoewel sold more than 1,500 Coty shares last week, at an average rate of $28 per share.
Schoewel’s sale was much smaller than the 120,000 shares sold by Coty treasurer and Senior Investor Relations Vice President Kevin Monaco in mid-September. His sale was worth more than $3.4m, sold at an average price of $28.64 per share.
