Metal contaminants like sewing machine needles are potentially lethal. Following its relocation to a new facility, SLG Beauty is using a metal detector to search its applicator products for harmful objects.

The Thermo Scientific DSP3 metal detector, supplied by Thermo Fisher Scientific, has been installed as part of SLG Beauty’s end of line operation.

With an easy-to-use menu that includes automatic product calibration, Thermo Fisher Scientific believes that the DSP3 ensures optimum performance with minimum tainting.
