Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) UK & Ireland is looking towards growth following the completion of a turnaround plan across its global business.

The MAC Cosmetics and Clinique owner has recently emerged from a period of global restructuring that saw job cuts and a streamlining of its operations.

The beauty giant first announced its ‘Profit Recovery and Growth Plan’ (PRGP) in November 2023 to boost flagging sales, and was expanded in February last year under the banner, ‘Beauty Reimagined’, which came to an end in June.

“Beauty Reimagined is really our foundational strategy and vision,” Pernilla Nyberg, Senior VP and GM of ELC UK & Ireland, told Cosmetics Business.
