Beiersdorf brand Eucerin has launched a new line of sensitive skin care products to meet specific skin care needs. The Eucerin Sensitive range is said to be non-comedogenic and fragrance, colourant and alcohol-free and includes products formulated specially for skin prone to redness, oiliness, and lines and wrinkles.
Products include two cleansers – Sensitive Gentle Cleansing Milk and Sensitive Balancing Toner – and a number of moisturisers targeting different skin types. Sensitive Lipo-Balance is an intensive nourishing treatment for dry to very dry skin containing ceramide-3 and biotin, which is said to help strengthen and repair the skin’s protective barrier, helping to reduce dryness; Sensitive Hydro-Protect SPF15 for normal to dry skin contains alpha-glucosylrutin and vitamin E to help protect against environmental aggressors; and Sensitive Hydro Balance Refreshing Hydrating cream for normal to combination skin is an oil-free cream that helps to balance moisture loss and refresh skin with a cooling sensation.
In addition, Eucerin has developed Sensitive Q10 Active, a four sku anti-wrinkle line containing coenzyme Q10 and Sensitive Anti-Redness, two moisturisers that address the needs of women who suffer from facial flushing. A Day Fluid SPF15 and Calming Night cream contain liquorice extract, glycerin and panthenol to soothe discomfort and neutralise redness.
