Fragrant miracle

Published: 8-Nov-2006

French beauty house Lancôme has extended its Miracle fragrance brand with the launch of a new scent aimed at younger consumers. Miracle Forever, described as a tasty floriental was created by Lancôme’s Olivier Polge and Dominique Ropion and features top notes of star anise, blackcurrant bud, lily of the valley and peony. The heart is based around almond flower nectar, the hallmark of the fragrance, as well as tuberose and mimosa. Finally, the dry-down of vanilla, Virginia cedar, amber and patchouli adds an oriental dimension to the fragrance.

The bottle is a reworked version of the original Miracle fragrance flacon, featuring a sparkling ridged ring at the neck of the bottle to reflect the fragrance’s theme of the city at night.
