GHD has announced multiple changes to its senior leadership team to strengthen its global operating model and support continued expansion across markets.
As part of this strategic leadership shake-up, the Wella Company-owned hair tools brand is evolving its Chief Marketing and Digital Officer role to a broader Chief Growth Officer (CGO) position.
The introduction of the CGO role reflects GHD’s goals to “bring together category strategy, brand building, consumer experience and professional advocacy, digital acceleration, and commercial performance under one integrated agenda”.
Liz Griffiths, GHD’s current Managing Director UK&I, will be the first to hold this newly created position.
