Ready for next Spring, Nicolas Degennes, Artistic Director for Givenchy le Makeup, has created 'a bubble of boldness and freedom, an invitation to disobey, to play with colours', wrapped up in a make-up collection.
The range, named COLOreCREATION, features tangy, bold shades across eyes, lips, face and nails.
The stand-out product is Le Prisme Visage Color Confetti (£38.00), a compact face powder in a multi-coloured shade to illuminate all complexions, with transparent and luminous pearlescent particles. It is packaged in a special edition collector’s case; trapped in the lid behind a transparent cover are loose, colourful microbeads.
There are three Colour Kajal pencils (£16.00) in the collection: Vert Invention, Turquoise Imagination and Violet Création. They have a smooth texture and long lasting formula, and deliver strong coverage to the eyelids, under the eye, or in the inside water lines. The colours have been designed to complement each other, allowing users to blend together.
Also for the eyes, there is a new shade of Noir Couture Volume mascara (£24), an electric blue called Blue Taffetta. Finally, two new shades have been added to the Ombre Couture range (£18), the brand's waterproof, long-wearing eyeshadow cream. The shades are Rose Illusion and Nude Plumetis.
For the lips, Gelée Inderdit gloss (£21.50) is in a shimmer-free bright orange shade, Orange Distraction. The 'delicate' gel gloss contains hyaluronic acid microbeads to plump and smooth the lips.
Le Vernis Givenchy nail polishes (£16.50) are in Jaune Expression (bright yellow) and Rose Évocation (candy pink), with a matte finish.
The COLOreCREATION collection will be available from February 2015.
