New palette combines eco and educational benefits

American Fashion designer Rachel Roy turns her creative flair towards beauty, with the introduction of her first make-up palette.

Debuting exclusively at Macy’s the palette was manufactured by HCT CA with the packaging featuring at least 25% recycled materials.

Containing 10 eyeshadows the palette also features two natural bristle brushes, manufactured by HCT for flawless application and precision blending.

Turn the palette over to discover two QR codes which when scanned with a smart phone, reveal tutorials that allow the user to learn from Rachel how to create her signature day and night looks.

Helen Leung, Director of Sales and Project Management: “This was a collaboration with Macy’s for Rachel Roy’s first foray into cosmetics. The packaging is a visual contrast between the textured craft paper and the soft watercolor artwork. The wearable eye shadows allows anybody to create beautiful night or day looks using the high quality brushes in the palette. Combined, the finished product reflects Rachel’s trademark style.”
