  • Create a dynamic campaign calendar, making each product launch an industry event
  • Build a pipeline of high-quality content and on-brand creative assets
  • Drive organic social strategy creating fearless, reactive cultural content
  • Supercharge earned media through influencer partnerships and PR moments
  • Manage budgets while delivering creativity with commercial efficiency
  • Collaborate with commercial teams turning creative activities into profitable trading ideas 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record building beauty brands in the UK and globally, ideally including the mass market sector
  • Success in a fast-moving and changeable founder-led environment is an advantage
  • Hands-on content production experience with models, photographers, talent
  • Strong leadership skills and commercial acumen, consistently focused on building the brand, driving sales and delivering profit
