in-cosmetics Asia pledges support to the Thai Red Cross

Charity will be based on stand F50 to raise awareness of their work


in-cosmetics Asia has announced that it will be working with the global community to raise money for the Thai Red Cross, following flooding in the region. Organiser Reed Exhibitions invited the charity to take part in the event on stand F50 where they will be able to raise awareness of their work. In addition, Reed Exhibitions will also make a donation to the Thai Red Cross at the awards ceremony on Thursday 15 December at 17.30.

“We really wanted to show our support for the fantastic work that the Thai Red Cross has been doing to help those in Bangkok recover from the recent flooding,” said Sarah Gibson, event director for in-cosmetics Asia. “The charity has helped the country in so many ways so we wanted to give something back to them. We’re hoping that our visitors and exhibitors will also show their support by visiting stand F50 and helping in any way they can.”

in-cosmetics Asia 2011 was due to take place 2-4 November, but has been postponed until 14-16 December as a result of the flooding.
