India's Wipro acquires Yardley operations
Indian software export group Wipro has agreed to acquire segments of Yardley's personal care operations for around $45.5m. The Indian group has signed an agreement with Lornamead, which owns the Yardley brand, for the operations in Asia, the Middle East, some African markets and Australasia. The deal is expected to be completed some time in December.
