Joining a unique, luxury fragrance brand as International Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success across global markets. Nurturing relationships with a very select client base, you will grow market share, revenue, and profitability through first-class execution of business plans and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise, negotiate and agree joint annual business plans with retail and distribution partners
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and drive trade marketing campaigns and promotions
- Closely monitor and analyse KPIs, taking proactive measures to ensure delivery of company strategy and goals
- Monitor luxury fragrance trends and innovations, identifying business growth opportunities
- Lead on commercial aspects of the brand, such as pricing, commercial terms and contract negotiations
- Budget management, reporting and control
Candidate Profile:
- Degree educated, preferably in Business, Economics or Marketing
- Success in commercially-focused roles within Luxury, ideally in Fragrance but beauty, sunglasses, accessories or similar are suitable
- Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; additional languages an advantage
This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days each week in the London office.
