International Sales Manager - London - £75,000 + bonus (AE614641)

Joining a unique, luxury fragrance brand as International Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success across global markets. Nurturing relationships with a very select client base, you will grow market share, revenue, and profitability through first-class execution of business plans and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategise, negotiate and agree joint annual business plans with retail and distribution partners
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and drive trade marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Closely monitor and analyse KPIs, taking proactive measures to ensure delivery of company strategy and goals
  • Monitor luxury fragrance trends and innovations, identifying business growth opportunities
  • Lead on commercial aspects of the brand, such as pricing, commercial terms and contract negotiations
  • Budget management, reporting and control

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree educated, preferably in Business, Economics or Marketing
  • Success in commercially-focused roles within Luxury, ideally in Fragrance but beauty, sunglasses, accessories or similar are suitable
  • Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; additional languages an advantage

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days each week in the London office.
