ISP forms alliance with geniaLab

ISP has announced the signing of two agreements with geniaLab. The first agreement establishes a strategic alliance to develop and market encapsulated products for the fabric, personal and household care markets, manufactured by geniaLab's patented JetCutter and similar technologies.

Under the second agreement, ISP has bought geniaLab's line of encapsulated products for an undisclosed price.
