The collaboration enables both groups to offer the global spa industry enhanced opportunities for education, networking and research in Europe.
ITEC France and ISPA will work together on three fronts. First, they are partnering on global research on the spa-goers to identify trends and establish key benchmarks in the European spa industry. “With the support of ITEC France, it is groundbreaking to offer consumer research in Europe,” said ISPA president Lynne Walker McNees. “The European research will be combined with that of Asian and North American consumers, thus offering the first-ever snapshot of the global spa consumer.”

In a booming market showing growth of over 61 percent the past five years in France alone, it has appeared essential for internationally-recognized professionals to develop the work tools to enable them to better understand what is at stake in the European spa market.”
