Jarchem steps up to meet overflow filling requirements

Jarchem Industries has developed a new custom filling and packaging system for drums and intermediate bulk containers designed to help clients fulfil their overflow needs and custom packaging requirements.


Jarchem Industries has developed a new custom filling and packaging system for drums and intermediate bulk containers designed to help clients fulfil their overflow needs and custom packaging requirements.

The system is said to be capable of filling 55-gallon drums at an average rate of 60 drums an hour, as well as filling intermediate bulk containers up to 330 gallons. The company can also accommodate larger totes depending on the individual dimensions. All custom filling is confidential. Jarchem says it will cover all aspects of custom shipping including labelling.

The company says it can fill directly from tank trucks or ISO containers, and can provide steam for heating the product prior to filling.

Jarchem offers its own pumps and adaptors for various connections.
