A new report from Kline & Company has attributed double-digit growth to the natural personal care market throughout the US and Western Europe with manufacturers’ sales predicted to total $3.8bn in 2007, an increase of 13.5% over 2006.
Natural Personal Care 2007: Competitive Brand Assessment and Ingredient Analysis focuses on key participants in the US and Western Europe’s natural and organic personal care products market, including critiques of key players’ raw material formulations and an assessment of how “natural” these formulations truly are.
The report predicts the current level of growth will be maintained with sales reaching $7.0bn by 2012. Kline say that the growth will be driven by consumers attracted to natural products and a greater supply of natural ingredients for manufacturers to utilise.
