L'Oréal is reportedly clamping down on its hybrid working policy to tackle dwindling office attendance.

The French cosmetics giant’s 87,000 employees are now mandated to come into the office at least two Fridays per month, according to The Times.

The new policy, which is said to have come into effect on 1 February, is an attempt to even out office footfall by boosting attendance on a Friday.
