Lipotec has opened Lipotec SrL, a new subsidiary in Italy. Lipotec hopes the Bologna-based subsidiary will reinforce its presence in the area, which it credits with having considerable growth potential. According to Colipa information, fiscal 2007 Italy was the third biggest European country for cosmetics sales.

Domenico Palella, who has spent a year working for the company, will be responsible for Lipotec SrL.
