Lulu Castagnette captures the “three moods” of Paris

French fashion brand Lulu Castagnette has announced a new fragrance line, Les Secrets de Lulu.

The line consists of three feminine fragrances: Rendez-Vous, Les Delices and Les Plaisirs, all based around a theme of Paris and the woman who loves it in her three different moods.

Rendez-Vous, created by Alexandra Monet of Drom, is meant to evoke a romantic sunset meeting at the Eiffel Tower. It has head notes of lime, pink fruit and pear, heart notes of rose, peony, violet and peach, and base notes of vanilla, cedar and white musk.

Les Delices, also by Monet, is meant to conjure up the gourmet delights of the early morning Place de la Madeleine, and has head notes of grapefruit, lemon zest and green tea, heart notes of peony, candied madeleines and lemon blossom, and base notes of amber, vanilla and white musk.

Finally, Les Plaisirs, created by Julie Massé and Serge Majoullier of Mane, is designed to evoke shopping with friends along the Boulevard Haussman. It has head notes of lemon, bergamot and pear, heart notes of orange blossom, freesia and fig, and base notes of vetiver, musk and Mane's proprietory molecule lorenox, a woody, ambery, leathery, aromatic accord. Les Secrets de Lulu is priced at €40 for a 50ml eau de parfum from Lulu Castagnette stores.
