LVMH to build new R&D centre in France

luxury products group LVMH is to invest €29m in the construction of a new perfumes and cosmetics research centre at Saint-Jean-de-Braye near Orleans. The centre will be designed by the Arte Charpentier architectural bureau which is responsible for the design of the Shanghai Opera. Work will start next September and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2009.
