New Romaco vacuum processing unit for high quality emulsions

Romaco FrymaKoruma has unveiled its Frymix II vacuum processing unit. The Frymix II boasts a high performance ‘rotor-rotor’ system as well as a funnel shaped guide cone, which ensures high turbulence in the interior of the vessel and optimal deaeration during the thin-film procedure.

Created for the manufacture of high quality emulsions and suspensions, the machine’s precisely defined shearing energy allows ingredients to be processed to the desired droplet size and distribution. It is also designed to enable continual heat exchange during heating and cooling and is said to be particularly suitable for the processing of heat and shear sensitive products.
