France has a new skin care brand named Experelle. Based on grape polypeptides, ‘cellular water’ and organic vegetable extracts, the products are manufactured in Brittany and comprise 19 products across six lines including facial skin care and body care. Prices range from €9-€39, and the range will be sold in France via a network of direct resellers.
The brand is the fruit of five years of research by Frédéric and Dominique Delarche and stresses its biotechnology credentials, billing itself as the first “eco-dermo friendly” range. The products utilise a cold emulsion process, which the company claims results in 100 times more effective ingredients than those using heat emulsion processes.
