Biotech hair care brand Virtue has teamed up with 13 going on 30 star Jennifer Garner.

In her role as brand partner, the actress will use her social platform to share the brand’s initiatives and promote its products.

Garner first discovered the brand through her friendship with the brand’s Creative Director and hairstylist Adir Abergel.

“Adir and I have grown up together and have collaborated extensively for almost 20 years,” she said.

“I trust him with everything, but especially when it comes to my hair so, naturally, I was an early consumer and fan of Virtue’s products.

“Virtue’s commitment to innovation, premium quality and social responsibility reflect Adir’s values, as well as my own, and have made an official partnership seamless and complementary.”

As part of her role, Garner will work on creative content development and brand strategy with Virtue’s founder and CEO Melisse Shaban.

Shaban added: “In addition to her acclaim as an actress, Jennifer is a businesswoman and working mum who embodies many of the values we aspire to as a brand.

“Because she really uses the products, Jennifer will add authenticity by sharing her own experience as a genuine Virtue customer, and now partner of the brand.”

Last month, the brand teamed up with the cast of the new Charlie’s Angels film to help fight gender inequality as part of its She’s The First campaign.

The cast includes A-listers Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, Ella Balinska and Elizabeth Banks.

International hair colourist Nicola Clarke is also an ambassador for the brand.
