The latest installment in the popular tv movie is due to air this month
Taking to television sets across the US this month, Benefit Cosmetics is to star in a cameo in the latest installation of the Sharknado franchise, Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!.
The custom vignette/cameo will feature actress and actor Tara Reid and Kyle Richards fighting off a Sharknado attack while shopping in a Benefit Cosmetics boutique. In the scene, Reid and Richards grab the brand’s best-selling mascara They’re Real! to kill sharks.

What better way can you show large audiences that ‘laughter is the best cosmetic’ than by having bold & girly women kill sharks using mascara?”

Benefit is not the only one to have a vignette in the film; other cameos include Michele Bachmann as herself, Penn and Teller as NASA Lieutenant Colonel Stylo and Major Caissier, and Kendra Wilkinson as a waitress.

Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! will air on Syfy, Bravo and E! on 22 July.
