Boots launches in-store ‘lab’ with skin care brand The Inkey List

The retailer is inviting consumers to concoct their own custom serums at its Covent Garden store

Boots and The Inkey List have teamed up to launch the Inkey Lab - Live at the retailer’s Covent Garden store in London, UK.

The lab, which will be open from today until 23 November, gives consumers the chance to create their own skin care serums with bespoke formulas that suit their needs and goals.

A skin care expert will be on hand to create a product in front of the customer, with 35 different combinations available.

Bottles will be decorated with personalised packaging featuring the shopper’s name, and a gift wrapping service is also available.

The Inkey List’s founders will also be on-site from 5-7pm today to meet with fans of the skin care brand.

Serums cost £12.99 to create.
