CPL Aromas ‘on track’ for full integration of Spanish acquisition amid continued Brexit uncertainty

UK fragrance manufacturer CPL Aromas is on track to meet its target of fully integrating its new Spanish business before the UK leaves the EU on 19 March 2019.

Speaking to Cosmetics Business, CPL COO, Nick Pickthall, commented that plans were on schedule and a contingency strategy was being put in place in case of a hard Brexit.

“There is a huge amount of uncertainty and worry over Brexit so we have to assume for a hard Brexit.
