I am working with an expanding Nutraceutical company that are looking for an experienced COO to join their team. As the second in command, you will ensure operational excellence and drive the business forward to become a leader in contract manufacturing and sustainable packaging whilst keeping in line with the CEO's mission statement.

Role:

  • Ensure that processes, training and quality of output of goods and services reflect the company standards.
  • Act upon snapshots of revenue, efficiency and waste, for example, to find areas of improvement.
  • Assist CEO in fundraising ventures.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Participate in expansion activities.
