Clarins is launching two new make-up base products (from £28) for flawless skin in April – the Pore Perfecting Matifying Foundation and Pore Perfecting Matifying Kit.

The foundation is lightweight and designed to optically blur imperfections. It is said to reveal a natural and flawless complexion and reduce shiny skin using red clay rich in silicon and iron that blends into the foundation pigments.

The Pore Perfecting Matifying Kit contains blotting papers to soak up any excess oil. Skin is said to be instantly smoothed and the look of pores and fine lines reduced thanks to acacia gum micropearls. The translucent powder contains white clay, which controls shine and is described as being 30 times finer than a classic powder to glide over the skin leaving a translucent matte veil.

Launch: April 2017
